Introduction-
The college encourages and motivates students to participate in various inter-class and intra-collegiate events such as Freshers Party, Rainbow week, Friendship Day, Annual fest – Jashnn , Farewell party Maharashtra Day, n many more to develop their potential in fields like creativity, music, drama etc.

Jashnn Fest includes activities like mehandi , Rangoli, nail Art, Hair style, Bridal make-up, salad dressing competitions , also Ad mad show , Treasure hunt, lan gaming , 1 minute games , Quiz and debates bring out hidden talent of students. This helps to develop the student’s overall personality and he/she is motivated towards team spirit. Cultural Coordination Committee is working with an objective of giving a holistic approach to professional higher education.

The cultural association is constituted in the beginning of each academic year. Student Council is formed to develop leadership qualities among students and inculcate the Human relations with other students. It aims to provide rich cultural experiences so that student appreciates the multi cultural diversity of the society.

Also The SD college Alumni keeps alumni connected to the college through regular communications, involvement in programmes and events. Our Alumni have made us proud every time by achieving laurels round the globe and also wish to showcase the same to our entire MCT family.
